Yoga by its own definition seeks to bring us into union with an impersonal force that it calls God. It has a number of assumptions that are different to the belief of evangelical Christians. Yoga worksonthe basis that man is basically good. Yoga claims to be the way to oneness with God (Salvation). Yoga is about self-realisation.
